Avi Moshenberg is a cofounder of Lawson & Moshenberg PLLC.

Avi’s practice focuses on commercial litigation—where he represents trustees and bankruptcy committees, creditors, businesses, and people in commercial disputes across the country. Whether it’s a fiduciary-duty lawsuit, a contract claim, a preference action, or a fraudulent-transfer case, Avi’s experience equips him to confront whatever business dispute erupts next.

When he’s not advocating for his clients, Avi gives back to the legal profession as an adjunct professor at his law school—teaching courses on expert witnesses and advanced legal writing.
